How to: Planescape: Torment in High Resolution and installing new mods
What you need: Original Game - If you don`t have it, you can grab it for $9.99 from gog.com. This one comes perfectly prepared for modding. If you have the 4CD version, you have to install it on hdd first.Please, follow the instruction in Jake`s guide:

Now we are ready to start modding! All mods and patched need to be unpacked into to main folder with the game (the one with the torment.exe) file.
