Torque & Stackability test | 🔬 Blow Molding Quality Control
This video shows an example of torque and stackability test of HDPE jerry cans.
The torque test is used to measure the resistance of the canister cap and neck to torsion forces. It is used to ensure that the canister can be closed and opened properly, maintaining a tight seal without damage.
The stackability test, on the other hand, is used to ensure that tanks can support the weight of other stacked tanks without deforming or breaking, ensuring stability during transport and storage.
