P.K. Unlimited - Getting Straight (Main Title) [Colgems COSO-5010, OST, 1970, stereo]
Colgems missed a hit single with this one which, considering the polarized political climate of today, only seems dated by part of the second verse. The rest of the lyrics are just as applicable now as they were in 1970 when the film and soundtrack album were released. Incidentally, neither the film's nor song's title have anything to do with sexual orientation, despite the cover slick! David Gates, later of Bread, was involved with the production of the songs on the album.
