✅ use an L-Lysine supplement, even three times a day. Lysine competes with arginine, an amino acid used by the virus for its replication. So limit the intake of foods rich in arginine such as oil seeds (walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts) and chocolate.
✅ spread a little coconut oil, which is also antiviral.
If you suffer from recurrent herpes, I recommend that you try to BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM because it is clearly weakened. You can strengthen it by using homeopathic remedies with specific antiviral action and by integrating Zinc for a period, which is essential for a strong and efficient defense.
