2020 Tutorial | Install RetroArch on an aging Windows Device | Super Easy
I was in the process of converting an old Surface Pro into a retro gaming beast and I decided id make an updated tutorial on how to install RetroArch.
This is a basic tutorial so I'm not going over how install Bios files. But this should cover getting most cartridge based retro consoles up and running.
