Lamang is about to feel richer, more dynamic, and more interactive, giving you a wealth of reasons to explore, loot, and experiment with a wider variety of weapons and gear. Alongside the player-driven improvements we covered in the previous devlog, Spearhead Update (0.4) brings a wave of new content.
Spearhead, coming in March 2026, is the next major step for Gray Zone Warfare, bringing reworks and rebalancing across almost all in-game systems. It puts player agency front and center, enhances sandbox features, and makes systems easier to understand, resulting in a better overall experience.
