Mans Dog Allows Him To Pull Off This Surprise Dog Trick Proposal

One man was able to ace his surprise proposal with help from his furry companion. Sam Jones, 28, a lab worker from Clapham, London, proposed to his fiancé Charlotte Steen, 26, by posing to do their usual trick where their dog Lola, a one-year-old Australian Shepherd, would jump up onto Sam's back before leaping onto Charlottes. After Lola had jumped from Sam's back he quickly got down on one knee and waited for an unsuspecting Charlotte to turn around, in a moment which the pair will cherish for a lifetime. Sam said: "Charlotte's reaction was a complete surprise, she hadn't realised at all that the dog trick was a set up, I thought it would be fun to include the dog, and it was a smart way of getting her turned around without noticing. "I was quite nervous of course but getting the trick set up distracted me a bit. "Nobody knew about the plan, I even fooled a couple of friends who were with us on a walk into thinking it was just a fun dog video."
