Tom Ford Eyeshadow 20 Disco Dust Review and Swatch
Palette spotlight with my new @tomfordbeauty eyeshadow quad: 20 Disco Dust
I’ve been using this gem for a while now and I wanted to do a review for you guys.
First of all… this is PRICEY 💵 even though there is a lot of product in these quads, it is expensive and I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone because there are only four shades and nowadays we probably want variety to choose from.
The first shimmer topper is INSANE and the standout of the palette- my favourite shade for sure. It gives a wet like finish and just so beautiful.
The peach shade is a nice base but because it is shimmery, it may give an illusion that your eyes are puffy.
The metallic pink is pretty and I like using it to add depth to my looks. It’s pigmented for sure~
The darkest shade is great for liner after setting the brush and smoking out your look. It is a bit hard to work with and build up pigments so I use it specifically for liner.
Overall: I like this palette A LOT but I can’t justify the price. I will continue to use it and enjoy it but I am a little disappointed with the satin shades because they don’t blend as easily as I expected and the darkest shade was a pain to build up.
Maybe I’ll try some of the mattes or wet dry formulas from @tomford hopefully that will change my mind.
I do like it and I think this colour story is beautiful.
