If you enjoy todays game – leave it a Thumbs Up. Comments are like gold dust for me. You can put a smile on my face, or make us all laugh, be impressed with your insight on some FAF skill - I learn many things here (eg ground firing 4-5 stacked donuts, insta-kill enemy ASF that go for the 'nut).
Finding out you enjoy these casts MAKES MY DAY. I also appreciate comments from people who point out where I'm going wrong, and what I can improve. They are responsible for many of the positive changes to the channel.
I've setup a way to support the channel for anyone willing to do so. I love casting games, and certainly don't require financial incentive to press record. If people enjoy my video content, and wish to help meet some of the costs involved, then great, and if it ever extends to the point it allows me to devote more time to casting, then the magic really begins. Leaving a tip behind is welcome, not expected. I'm against stripping content paywalls. Its a bonus. Name change from FAF Cast Division to Tactical Takeover is now completed, 1-2 minor graphical animations remain. Tommy, regular in FAF has helped big time.

Getting Casted:
To get a replay casted - People sending in casts WILL ALWAYS get credited, they save me a LOT of time and massively help in this process.
It’s easier to say what doesn't get casted. (Only about 1-3% of games in the vault make a “castable cut”).
NO MATTER HOW GOOD / SKILLFUL PLAYERS ARE.
Supreme Commanders, Please ensure:
1) The FAF replay doesn’t desync (unless you KNOW it doesn’t impact the replay – let us know in the email).
2) I have the luxury to respond to everyone who takes the time to write in, and here’s the deal:
3) If I get too busy to deal with emails/replays, I’ll stop asking! Nobody's writing to an overflowing inbox, getting ignored.
4) "Great Castable Games" and "Great Play" are NOT always the same. I occasionally get sent replays to cast from players who are GENUINELY chuffed at the game (they usually star!) and they usually do well - but something else is what makes it uncastable, for eg:
5) Games Too Short – Most games last under 30 minutes. Unless something special happens, these are less unlikely to feature. Not set in stone, but the closer to 40-60mins, usually the better. Epics, 1-2x every couple weeks = GOLDEN!
6) Players/Teams turtling, not much action / big gaps in action. One of the HIGHEST rated games I saw to cast, had 10m of almost no action, beyond scouts, as several 2300,2400,2500 rated eco'd & built. Late game great, but nobody would have been left to see it by then.
7) Sometimes other reasons, because of the way YouTube algo works with recommended videos & feeds etc. Sadly, I have no influence in that. All must play by the rules, including the unwritten ones, or face the consequences. Eg Big channels don't feature many "newbie 1v1".
If your replay passes the sniff test, send it to [email protected] (ensure you swap the 7 with a 3 for spam purposes, so it looks like ..fox3sim….)
Include your FAF gamer tag if you wish to be credited (otherwise I will use your FIRST NAME ONLY). If I can't cast, I will do say why, instead of simply ignoring you.
