Ever wonder if diet soda is bad for you? I mean, we've probably all heard that artificial sweeteners are basically poison. But is that a fair statement? And what affect will zero-calorie sweeteners have on you and your fitness goals?
Well in this video, I break it down for ya.
The short answer is no. For most people, diet sodas aren't bad and won't have a negative impact on health or fitness. Watch and see why, though. Because I do take into account the fact that there's research suggesting that artificial sweeteners are unhealthy and carcinogenic. (Diet sodas still aren't bad for ya, though, I promise.)
