My fella Milt Jr did this JoJo MUGEN based on the All-Star Battle game. The intro and logo are from the classic Ultimate MUGEN game by Zinesis, the screenpack was made by GGIAPIO/PSnim and now edited/rearranged by Milt Jr himself.
The characters in majority are made by Warusaki3, Gal129, Nimame, Ouchi, Amarimono, 0011 and Heal the World. Many of them have good AI.
