We installed our:
95-04 Tacoma Solid axle kit using a 2005+ Ford Super duty front axle
and a 2002 GM ¾ ton factory disc brake 14 bolt rear axle.
It uses 12" travel King Coil-over shocks in the front and radius arm link style suspension with 63" Chevy springs in the rear.
For the brakes, we added a GM hydro-boost setup with a 1.25" bore GM master cylinder. This pushes the 4 wheel disc brakes great!
Other additions are:
J-shift Toyota transfer case
ARB air locker in the front axle
5.38 gears
Detroit locker in the rear
WFO diff covers
PSC hydro assist steering kit with WFO high-steer setup on Reid knuckles
Trail gear front bumper
4x innovations sliders
All pro rear bumper
Raceline Beadlocks
Cooper 40" tires
All using stock drivelines with WFO pinion flanges.
