The proximity switch generates an electromagnetic field using a coil. When a metal object approaches, the influence of the metal object on the electromagnetic field causes a change in induced current, thereby triggering the switch. The egg tart forming equipment utilizes an inductive proximity switch. After the installation of the equipment, to facilitate customer debugging of the device and control the time intervals for the operation of the forming and transfer molds, we created a 3D animation. This animation allows customers to better understand how to adjust the equipment. It greatly facilitates remote debugging for customers, reducing the time required for installation and debugging.
