Force Balance & Motion Balance Positioner
"What is Force Balance positioner and what is Motion Balance positioner? Why there are two types of these positioners? All these questions will be covered in this video. This concept is basic but important for instrumentation technicians that work in the field when doing troubleshooting of the positioner.
Positioner is none other than a controller but this controller is specifically designed for the control valve only. The positioner is used to help the control valve to achieve the specific position or valve travel distance based on the required setpoint. The simplest form of positioner can be boiled down to a flapper (or beam or baffle) and a nozzle."
This channel shares a series of hands-on, simulated as well as conceptual knowledge videos about Instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting based on my actual working experience as an ordinary technician.
