Video Transcrit:

If you are having trouble hearing your phone
when you receive a call, text or other alert,
one feature that could be useful is vibrate mode.

This will cause the device to vibrate
when you receive a call or message.

You can activate this by going in to the settings menu
and clicking on “Sounds & Haptics”
When you click the slider next to “Vibrate on Ring”,
your iPhone will both ring and vibrate when you get a call.

When you click on the slider next to “Vibrate on Silent”,
your iPhone will go into vibrate mode
when you flip the physical switch
on the side of the iPhone to silence audio.

You can also set custom vibrations.

Under the heading “Sound and Vibrations Patten”,
you find a list of alerts
for which you can set custom vibrations
such as ringtone, texts, mail, voicemails, and more.

When you click for example on “Text Tone”,
click on “Vibration”
and select one of the predefined vibration patterns.

And now when you receive a call, text or alert
the device will let you know by vibrating.

So that’s how you activate Vibrate mode on your device
