The decision to move Formosa to the peak of Impossible Levels List has really surprised some. After all, it is the first 1 player top 1 since Kingdom of Miracalis, which was dethroned just under 4 years ago now. Furthermore, it dethroned by far the longest reigning top 1, CYCLOLCYC, which had defeated previous challengers for the top spot such as Tax Evasion and Domba.
What is it that makes Formosa so hard then? This video is to explain why and by the end of it you should hopefully understand why Formosa belongs near the top of ILL, even if you ultimately think CYCLOLCYC is harder in the end.
