Hey all! Today I'll be showing you how to create this dynamic lighting + rim light (or backlight) effect on your vtuber using OBS, source mirrors, and StreamFX! I also briefly discuss how to produce the "glowing eyes" effect in VtubeStudio if you are looking for a simpler option.
If you are not using VtubeStudio, don't worry!
This method will work with ANY vtuber facetracking program as long as it has a virtual cam (or capture window). It works with AND without greenscreen.
If you are a greenscreen user, there are 2 points where you will be adding a chroma key as a filter. I make sure to notify you when those points are! These should be located at the TOP of your filters list.
