Tesla Motors Model S HACK: Keep Fan at Maximum 11 while in Range Mode (Which limits it to 8!!!)
In this Tesla Model S Explained, I will show you how to keep your heating and cooling fan speed at 11, even while in range mode. When in range mode, the car limits power to the HVAC system, to both the fan and the actual heater or air conditioner. While it does make a great reduction in power use, the fan itself, uses very little power to begin with. With this trick, you can keep that HIGH fan speed, to circulate the air more efficiently with a un-noticeable minor increase in power, while still keeping the range benefiting power reductions of Range Mode.
