Claude Code lets non-technical professionals build real AI tools without writing a single line of code. Here's how I built a working AI vendor assessment tool in under 15 minutes.
Most AI tutorials assume you can code. This one does not. In this video I walk you step by step through using Claude Code inside the Claude desktop app to build a vendor assessment tool that scores AI suppliers across seven governance criteria: data residency, training data use, liability, breach notification, exit rights, third-party sub-processors, and regulatory compliance.
By the end you'll have seen the full build, a live assessment against a real data processing agreement, and the Red, Amber, Green results that tell you whether to sign.
I built this kind of tool for my own advisory work. The one in this video is not a mock-up. It runs a real API call, exports a PDF, and flags the risks most organisations miss before they sign with a vendor.
