In the 1970s, inflation ran rampant in the United States. Eventually it was controlled by Paul Volcker of The Federal Reserve raising interest rates severely and putting the brakes on the economy. This caused major economic pain, but it did stop the inflation... Sitting here in 2021 and seeing similar signs, will we see this situation play out again if inflation get's worse?
