NEW SHOP REWORK, QUEUE ITEMS, OBJECTIVE BANNERS, RUNES - All Split 3 Changes - League of Legends. Split 3 is starting soon with a lot of changes, all legendary items got nerfed, we got new objective banners and emotes and quality of life changes, and a new shop rework with queued items, purchase components of an item and now telling us to craft instead of purchase as well as Lethal Tempo coming back and Biscuit Delivery giving health instead of mana.
