Hey friends, in today's short video I'm going to show you exactly how to record your desktop using VLC — simple, free, and fast.
Enable Advanced Controls, go to Media → Open Capture Device, set Capture Mode to Desktop, frame rate to 60 FPS, click Play, and then hit the red Record button to start. Click Record again to stop. Your recording will be saved in your Videos folder.
