Coding for Beginners: The Width and Height Attributes for the Image Element
In older code, you may also see the addition of “height” and “width” attributes used with the image element. The preferred method is to adjust these attributes in the CSS or Cascading Style Sheets rather than adjust the height and width of an image using HTML. We want to move towards separating the styling from the structure. We discuss it here so you can recognize this code when you see it. But it is better to avoid using the “height” and “width” attributes used with the image element in HTML.
