Courtroom Advocacy for Beginners
Introducing the basic 'in court' skills of questioning, opening and closing, and, making objections. These skills can only be used after a thorough 'case analysis' that is also presented. The 'story' used throughout these three x 15 minute videos is the well known first verse of the nursery rhyme 'Jack and Jill'.
These three videos can be used for 'self study' or as background to a formal 'beginning trial advocacy' course being taught face to face or in a mixed mode of face to face and online.
