Instructions

Purchase the Template.
Install all free plugins.
Set your page Background to Flat color “#313131"
Copy all workflows highlighted with RED color.
Copy with workflow group “Group group to copy” and paste it with workflow on your page (column type).
Arrange the blocks you need in the desired order, copying or removing as necessary.
Customize the options and input parameters and settings in Custom States tab to suit your needs.
Configure actions to save user-provided data to the database, if required.
