Steps:
1. Install Tomcat 8 or 9 on your local pc.
2. Copy ords.war and images file from ords location and paste to tomcat webapps location.
3. Rename images folder of Tomcat location to i.
4. Tomcat service start.
5. Then check apex url on your browser.
