The debates on the Rossiya 1 television channel will be hosted by Vladimir Solovyov in the style of his program "Duel." Unlike "Duel," the debates will not feature live voting or expert assessments. Journalists will also be present in the studio to ask questions. Debate topics will be agreed upon in advance with the parties.
