Don't Buy Samsung Mobile. Fraud Company.
I have a Samsung Galaxy M21 and purchased on 16th August 20 and after that I use it very nicely and perfectly after 1 year of warranty I received an update but I did not do the update because I know there is some problem on going with the m series suddenly last August 2022 I mean last 6th of August 2022 wrongly I touch the update button and the software got updated and after update when I win the phone restart just after few minutes later the phone hang freeze and not moving anywhere and right now it's just like went of come back on the Samsung Galaxy M21 page and freeze there so when I check in the YouTube and other social media I found this is a software problem that's software basically damage the process so I stay to I go to the service centre they said it is what a damage and they have the photograph so I ask for the photographs but they don't show me they don't this it is out of the policy so I call to the customer care they say the same thing they want to hide all the secret from US and they want us to believe that this is our fault that's why the phone is damage don't buy Samsung.
