C1 R1 Arlecchino is BROKEN!!!
In todays Genshin Impact video I show how broken C1 R1 Arlecchino is and its crazy how she just causally does 1.5 million damage in 17 seconds, that duration is also including the entire set up too. So overall I have to say that Arlecchino is definitely one of the strongest dps characters in the game without question. She most likely is top 5 level, I even am starting to question if Lyney has this much power compared to her.
