Setting Up & Importing Media in Adobe Premiere Pro 🎬✨
Before you start editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, you need to set up your project and import media properly. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth workflow:

1️⃣ Setting Up Your Project
Open Adobe Premiere Pro and click on New Project.
Name your project and choose a location to save it.
In the Scratch Disks tab, set the location for auto-saves and cache files.
Click OK to create your project.
🔹 Pro Tip: Save your project on an SSD for faster performance! 🚀

2️⃣ Importing Media Files 📂
There are multiple ways to import media into Premiere Pro:

🔹 Method 1: Drag & Drop
➡ Simply drag your video, audio, or image files from your computer into the Project Panel.

🔹 Method 2: File Menu
Click File → Import (Ctrl + I or Cmd + I on Mac).
Select your files and click Open.
🔹 Method 3: Media Browser Panel
Open the Media Browser panel (Window → Media Browser).
Navigate to your files and right-click → Import.
This method is great for previewing files before importing!
3️⃣ Organizing Your Media 🗂️
To keep your workflow neat, organize files into bins:
✅ Right-click in the Project Panel → Select New Bin (or press Ctrl + /).
✅ Rename bins (e.g., "Footage," "Audio," "Graphics").
✅ Drag files into the appropriate bins.

🎯 Pro Tip: Use labels to color-code your clips for better visibility!

4️⃣ Creating a New Sequence 🎞️
Click File → New → Sequence (Ctrl + N or Cmd + N).
Select a preset that matches your footage (e.g., 1080p 30fps or 4K UHD).
Drag a video clip into the Timeline Panel, and Premiere Pro will auto-match settings if prompted.
🔹 Shortcut: Right-click a video file → "New Sequence from Clip" (quickest way!).

You’re Ready to Edit! 🚀
Now that your project is set up and media is imported, you can start trimming, adding effects, and crafting your masterpiece! 🎬
