How to test MOSFETs yourself. It's very simple.
In this video, I tried to simply demonstrate methods for testing MOSFET (field-effect transistors) without using a transistor tester. The only necessary tools are a multimeter and a mobile phone charger with a maximum output of 5 volts. The example shows two different field-effect transistors, one with a built-in dual-anode zener diode between the gate and source, and one without. Enjoy and hopefully find it useful.
