Chef Miura aspired to become a chef after watching the TV program "Iron Chef" as a child!
After graduating from culinary school, he worked at the JAL Hotel in Germany, where he learned teppanyaki and sushi.
In 2005, he opened his own restaurant, [Teppanyaki Bistro Miura]. After that, he expanded his business with [Seafood Teppanyaki Bistro Miura], [Bistro Miura Annex Oden Hyotan Nabe], [Standing Bar Bistro Miura], [Kitchen Car Bistro Miura], [Teppanyaki Miura-tei], [Sushi Miura-tei], and [Asakusa Beef Stew], but completely closed them at the end of July 2023.
He reopened his restaurant business in 2024 with [Meat Cuisine Bistro Miura]!
I also ran a light cargo delivery business, [Miura Transport LLC], alongside my restaurant business, but it closed in January 2023. Therefore, some of my past videos include content related to the light cargo delivery business.
Starting in 2024, I plan to upload videos with [food] as one of the themes, but I will also upload [Uncle Vlogs] (I was born in 1982) lol.
I also love cars, so I will upload car-related videos whenever I have the opportunity, such as product reviews and restaurant reviews.
If I have the chance to film, I will also upload videos of my hobbies, [fishing] and [golf].
