Story:
Lovers separated and united by death.
At the beginning it was shown that Z!Arthur saw Alfred for the "first" time and it made his heart give a small 'thump'. He refused all zombie instincts to join and attack him but instead he rescued Alfred from Z!Ivan with a bat. This got Alfred shocked/confused at the action but at the same time happy to see his beloved once again after their "separation" (aka Arthur's death)
Though still unsure whether to trust his now zombie lover and what their future may be, he realizes that he still loves him and that's all that matters.
Flashback:
Z!Francis was aiming to attack Alfred but Arthur pushed him and sacrificed himself instead.
