The Company is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker dealer and was also granted a Dealing Membership license by the Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange on 26th July, 1995.
The company commenced operation with an Authorised Share Capital of =N=5,000,000 (Five million Naira) divided into 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 50k each on 1st April, 1997 as a specialist stockbroking investment company and provider of active investment products and services to both institutional and individual investors. Today with a Share Capital of =N=800,000,000 (Eight Hundred Million Naira) divided into 1,600,000,000 ordinary shares of 50k each the company is well positioned to provide excellent services to its clients.
