What REALLY happened at Doss Farms?
After finishing this incredible pond build, I wanted to sit down and share my side of the story—not just how we moved the dirt, but what this entire experience meant to me.
Looking back, I truly believe this project was a divine appointment. A group of guys from different places, different backgrounds, different YouTube channels, and with different equipment all came together with one goal: build Chad and Rae Doss a pond their family could enjoy for generations.
In this video, I share my personal experience working alongside Brock with Rock Hill Farms, Sam with Tri-Star Diggin, Brandon with Elite Earthworks, Brad with Top-Notch Excavating, and of course Chad and Rae at Doss Farms. Everybody brought something different to this project, but there was a kindred spirit among the group that made this collaboration something I’ll never forget.
I’ll also share the story behind the peninsula I suggested for the pond. That idea actually goes all the way back to my childhood and the pond on my grandparents’ farm. I never imagined that little design feature would eventually help give the finished Doss Farms pond a shape that surprised all of us—a heart. ❤️

Sometimes a project becomes about more than moving dirt. For me, Doss Farms was one of those projects.
