In this video, i show you how to align and justify a word document in Microsoft word of any type. Justifying a word document can make or arrange the sentence straight and looks very attractive. Let me know in the comment session if you had difficulties justifying words documents.
Follow the steps below to justify your word documents.
1. Open a word document through Microsoft word.
2. Highlight the entire document using your mouse.
3. Right click on the document and then choose to align or justify.
4. Enjoy your new document.
