Report from Siberia: Where bears are attacking people in record numbers

All over Russia, bears are emerging from the forests, rummaging through garbage dumps, and approaching people. Twelve people have already been killed. Hundreds of animals have been killed by hunters and police. Many regions have declared a state of high alert and are imposing a "bear curfew."
