Quantum Break - Core 2 Quad - Bypassing (SSE4.2) POPCNT
How to Bypass SSE4.2 For Quantum Break on Core 2 Quad:
1-Download ( rl_x64_f.dll ) file from ( https://drive.google.com/open?id=1IhF... )
2-Copy this file to (dx11) Folder that found in the Game folder. (make backup for the old one)
3-Run the game from ( QuantumBreakLauncher.exe )
