A stalker slowly made his way along the riverbank in the twilight. The water sloshed beneath his feet, threatening to seep into his boots. His trusty assault rifle was in his hands. Ahead, a reed-free stretch of water appeared; fish danced in circles in the depths, their movements creating vortices on the surface here and there. A howl of a Chernobyl dog was heard in the distance, and the stalker crouched and became wary. "It's all right," he thought, slowly removing his folded spinning rod from his backpack. The edge of the visible horizon brightened, and the twilight began to give way to dawn. The first cast and retrieve yielded no results... On the next retrieve, his hands felt a tug, a hook set, and a leisurely retrieve revealed a medium-sized pike perch. A ray of sunlight cut through the horizon and illuminated the stalker's contented and happy smile...
Unfortunately, there are no weapons, no stalkers, no creatures familiar from the game Stalker, BUT... beautiful sunrises and sunsets, changing weather and time of day, and, of course, fishing await you.
