The Battle Cats - Boiling Spring
You do not need Rich Cat, but it's very handy to speed up this insanely slow startoff. Other than that, it's just standard proc spam and stacking Drone Cats and Luxury Bath. Drone Cat is very good here due to Area Attack since there are multiple Ginger Snaches that will get in the way of your proc units and Luxury Bath Cats. I'd give No Gacha a few attempts, if the stage didn't have such a boring startoff. Slow Cannon is also nice here as it stops the intial Bun Bun push.
