We're seeing a lot of knee injuries as off late & a LOT of that is due to people that I follow doing more contact & injury prone sports.
Having seen several fitness professionals I know & look up to have knee injuries on top of my own injuries & rehab it go me thinking.
Are we missing something we could do to prevent these types of injuries occuring. Would that certain thing or method pay dividens into our own gym training?
Here's my thoughts, i'd love to hear yours.
