Fencer is a rare High Elf with a parcel of useful debuffs that can help you in both dungeons and arena. While she may not be the toppest of tiers, she can hold her own against many different opponents with speed and turn meter manipulation, a precise stun and an AOE defense down. The Six-Fingered Man better just turn tail and run.
