Please note: The use of drones is subject to regulation by the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, to protect wildlife from disturbance; and by the FAA to prevent interference with commercial and civil aviation. Permission may be required from both. Operation of a drone in the Aquarium’s immediate vicinity needs approval by the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
