Fantastic album from Tex, should you ever come across it! Here's the 3rd charted single from it (outside of "The Night Miss Nancy's Hotel For Single Girls Burned Down", which is already on here! and "It Ain't No Big Thing"), which made it to a paltry #67 in 1972.
