Creating Shortcut for an app is easy as a piece of cake, but removing the annoying shortcut Arrow to that icon is a bit of tricky.
In this tutorial we are going to show you how to remove disturbing shortcut arrows on windows 10 by tricking registry editor.
Instructions:
1: Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer.
3. Create a New Key in Explorer with a name "Shell Icons".
4. In Shell Icons key Crate a string Value with a name 29.
5 Double click on 29, under Value Data paste the below path with out quotations
Path: %windir%\System32\shell32.dll,-50
[note : some pc's shows black rectangle in the place of arrow icon, if that error happen change the -50 with -51 or -52 or -53]
6. Restart or Log out to see the result.
