✅ Reach level 10 in the Charisma skill.
✅ Reach level 10 in the Baking skill.
✅ Reach level 10 in the Criminal career.
✅ Complete the Deviance, Public Enemy aspiration.
✅ Have twins (you can also have twins by cheating if you don't get twins).
