Star Citizen 4.8.2 - Persistent Hangar Freight Elevators Stuck in "Transferring" State

Bug affecting the freight elevators in my persistent hangar at Area18.
Steps shown in the video:
Lower freight elevator
Place cargo on the elevator
Press "Raise Elevator"
"Transferring" message appears briefly
Transfer never completes
Elevator remains unusable
After the failed transfer, the storage panel appears empty, but the game behaves as if cargo is still present. Attempting to add more items results in an "elevator overloaded" message.
The same issue affects both freight elevators in the hangar and persists after relogging and changing servers.
No workaround found.
Issue Council report submitted for investigation.
