This is Advance Substitute Function in MS Excel. We will count the spaces in sentences like how many spaces are there in any sentence. Will use substitute to remove the spaces in text.
Syntax - =LEN(C7)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(C7," ",""))
"C7" is cell ref where text exist.
