My client is well established, operating across Canada and in multiple countries. They are seeking to fill a full-time, permanent Application Support Analyst role. What is exciting about this career opportunity is that they are implementing a new eCommerce system and this position will play an integral part within the project management team ensuring smooth implementation and post support.

You’ve provided application support for heavily integrated, complex solutions
If you have eCommerce solution experience, we consider that an added bonus
You are someone who had led large group discussions and facilitated those discussions in order to reach group decisions
You have a track record in reviewing KPIs, presenting to stakeholders and then managing system changes
And you have SaaS knowledge and experience managing vendors
