Howdy Cartivores! This week we ventured north east to the great state of Maine to visit Red's Eats, a street food institution. While many know this waterside stand for dishing out plump, juicy, lobster rolls, we quickly learned there's a lot more to Red's. With menu items stretching from delicious fried clams to huge crab rolls, Red's takes seafood seriously.
